Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child into the Bright Beginnings (K4) program at Roselawn Elementary! We are excited to welcome the class of 2039 next year! The Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Area School District will screen and register 4-year-old kindergarten students for the 2025-2026 school year on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Roselawn Elementary School. This program is open to all children who will be four years old on or before September 1, 2025. Kindergarten (5K) screening will be conducted on this date as well for children who have not attended a 4K program.
The registration and screening will require approximately one hour for parent and child. The screening includes vision, communication, and social development. Parents will meet with Scott Kowalski, Elementary School Principal. Chelsi Jenness, School Counselor, will be on hand to assist families with any registration or enrollment questions.
Registration and screening is by appointment only. Parents can call Kathy Kutrieb at 715-924-2244 ext. 2180 to schedule their child’s appointment.
If this is your first child enrolling into the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Area School District, start here. If you currently have other children enrolled in the district, login to Family Access and select the tab New to District Registration on the left. A copy of your child's birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of residency will need to be uploaded. Please see the attached document for details regarding new student online enrollment.
